What can I do in this app?

Explore currencies, compare live market quotes, create a SimpleSwap exchange, follow each stage, and keep support tickets and reviews in your account. Visit simpleswap.world for the full product.

Learn about SimpleSwap
Is this the official SimpleSwap service?

This is an independent implementation of the interface. Its own local accounts, reviews, support tickets, and educational content belong to this app. They do not create records with the official SimpleSwap service.

Do I need an account to try an exchange?

You can swap without registering. Guest orders stay with your browser session. Create an account to save favorites, history, referrals, and API keys.

How does a SimpleSwap exchange work?

Create an order, send the exact amount to the deposit address on the correct network, then track confirming, exchanging, and sending until funds reach your recipient wallet.

What is the difference between fixed and floating rates?

A floating quote is an estimate that may change before execution. A fixed quote protects a quoted result only within the provider’s stated deposit conditions and time window. Demo pricing illustrates the difference with sample values.

Why is there a minimum exchange amount?

Routes have minimums because network costs and provider constraints can make very small exchanges unavailable. The form reports the supported minimum before you can create the order.

Where can I see the fee?

Open the route details beside the quote. Compare the complete receiving estimate for the selected destination asset and network. Provider spreads and network fees can affect the net amount.

What is the recipient’s address?

It is the address where the destination asset should arrive. Copy it from the receive screen of a wallet that supports the exact selected asset and network. It is not the address you send the original asset from.

Which network should I choose?

Choose a network supported by the receiving wallet for that exact asset. The same token name can appear on several networks. Matching the address format alone does not prove network compatibility.

What is a memo or destination tag?

It is an additional identifier required by some receiving services. If the wallet provides one, copy it exactly with the address. Do not invent a tag or assume that it is optional.

Will you ask for my private key or seed phrase?

No. The exchange only needs the destination address and any required extra identifier. Do not place private keys, recovery phrases, wallet passwords, or identity documents in a support ticket.

Where is my exchange ID?

The ID appears in the order detail dialog after an exchange is created. Use its copy control to keep a record. Recent orders can also be reopened from the exchange tracker in the same browser session.

What do the exchange statuses mean?

Waiting awaits a deposit; confirming checks the incoming transfer; exchanging performs the conversion; sending describes the payout stage; finished marks completion. In demo mode each of these is a simulation.

Explore the statuses
Can I cancel an exchange?

An unfunded demo order in waiting status has a cancellation action. A real blockchain transfer is not undone by cancelling an order. For an order that has already progressed, ask a precise support question rather than sending an additional deposit.

Why can’t I see my order in a different browser?

Private local records are linked to a browser session. Another browser, a cleared cookie, or a reset installation may not have access to the same records. An exchange ID alone does not grant access to someone else’s order.

How do I contact support in this app?

Submit the local contact form with a subject, message, and optional exchange ID. The saved ticket appears in your ticket list. This form does not email the real SimpleSwap support team.

Create a support ticket
Can I complete identity verification here?

This app provides a read-only explanation of the process. It does not collect government documents, selfies, or biometric data. A live provider may apply its own verification procedures.

Where do the reviews come from?

Reviews on this app are submitted by people using this local installation. They are labeled as local feedback. No testimonials or star ratings from the official service are imported or invented.

Can I use this on my phone?

Yes. The app adapts to a mobile browser. The mobile section includes a functional local preview and downloadable instructions for adding a browser shortcut. There is no app-store or APK download in this installation.

Explore mobile
