Fixed or floating: which quote fits your exchange?

Understand how a quote handles price changes before choosing a rate.

A CLEARER CRYPTO EXPERIENCESimple ideas for better decisions.

Two ways to describe the receiving amount

A floating quote estimates the asset you will receive using the conditions available when the quote is requested. The final amount can move as prices, liquidity, and network conditions change before execution.

A fixed quote is intended to protect the quoted result while its conditions remain valid. Its protection usually depends on the deposit amount, supported network, and the provider’s payment deadline.

Read the whole quote

A favorable headline rate is only one part of the result. The destination network fee, available liquidity, deposit timing, and minimum amount also matter. Compare the amount expected to arrive in the same destination asset and network.

The quote in this app identifies demo or live mode. Demo values use sample market prices; they help illustrate the interface and cannot be used as an executable market offer.

Choose with your own constraints in mind

If the exact receiving amount is essential, first read the conditions of a fixed quote. If you prefer flexibility and understand that the estimate can change, review the floating option. Neither mode removes blockchain risk or guarantees a profitable trade.

You can switch between both options in the exchange form and inspect the explanation before continuing.
