A record for each exchange
The backend stores the order details needed to display the exchange tracker. Demo orders contain the selected assets, amounts, destination details, timestamps, and simulated status. They do not contain a real deposit address.
A browser-session cookie associates private records with this browser. Knowing another order’s ID is not intended to grant access to that order.
Different information has different visibility
Support tickets belong to the session that submitted them. Reviews are designed for public display inside this installation. The review form therefore asks for a display name and feedback, rather than a private message.
Avoid including personal contact details or exchange IDs in a public review. Use a support ticket when a question needs private context.
Keep a copy of what matters
You can copy an exchange ID from its detail view. If you clear browser site data, use a different browser, or reset this installation, the same records may no longer be accessible.
Read the local privacy page for the distinction between browser storage, backend storage, and a configured live exchange provider.
